Bak Water Hollow is a rock band born from New Jersey’s raw energy and blue-collar grit. Blending swagger, soul, and heavy groove, the trio delivers a sound that’s both timeless and immediate — channeling the unfiltered spirit of classic rock into something urgent, modern, and unmistakably their own.

Comprised of Pete Colvin (drums), Mark Ramsey (bass, vocals), and Frank Brooks (guitar), the band’s foundation is built on years of shared history. Having crossed paths in various bands and recording projects over the years, the three musicians reunited in the summer of 2024 for what began as a casual “just for fun” recording session. What emerged instead was something undeniable — a powerful musical chemistry that demanded to be taken further.

Their first track, “I DID,” was the spark. Upon hearing the playback, the trio realized they’d tapped into something special. That moment transformed the project into Bak Water Hollow, and eight more songs quickly followed — each one strong enough to stand as a single.

Though Bak Water Hollow may be new in name, its members are anything but inexperienced. With decades of stage and studio work behind them, they’ve crafted a sound that’s loud, honest, and unapologetically alive.
