Returns for Customers in the European Union

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are a customer located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return eligible items in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Notification may be sent by email or through our designated customer service channels.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at this email address (orders@dekoentertainment.com) within the 14-day withdrawal period to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s). Returned items must be shipped within fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Items should be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation, where reasonably possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. In such cases, we will provide instructions for the return and, where required by applicable law, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including but not limited to: Customized or personalized goods; Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed ; Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed where the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right;

Other items exempt from return under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
